This weekend Rob and I attended an open house for one of the OC's newest wedding venues: The Villa San Juan Capistrano. For all you OC brides and grooms who dream of celebrating the sacrament of Marriage at the Mission San Juan Capistrano, then The Villa San Juan Capistrano is the place for you. The Villa is literally across the street from the mission.
The Villa which was built in 1920 has a rustic and very romantic feel. It has many fun little locations for great wedding photo ops. We probably could have posted tons more photos, but here's a few to share.
What are you waiting for? Check it out!
The floral design in the photos below were provided by the ever amazing and fabulous: Square Root.
The lovely and delicious cupcakes were provided by: Frostings Cupcakes .
Last night I had the pleasure of attending a mixer at the Pacific Edge Villa in Laguna Beach. And this time it was all decked out for the Holidays! The festive feel was throughout the Villa complete with a wreath over the mantel, fireplaces burning, and red and green linens and chair cushions.
Check out the last photo. We are still experimenting with textures from the Dirty Pictures Collection. Rob used an action on the last photo to add the feel of winter without the expense of bringing snow to the beach.
So if you're still looking for a place to host your family or corporate Holiday Parties, give Pacific Edge a call. It won't disappoint.
If Rob had it his way, he'd make it Christmas all year long.

On a beautiful Saturday afternoon in Murietta, Jason and Tamara took the plunge at an unbelievable location. We had the privelege to shoot their day and it was major fun times! The location was quite remote, and we had to take a fun windy road to get there. Large signs led the way to their venue. The property itself is gorgeous; we couldn't have asked for a better landscape or backdrop to work with!
When we hung out with Jason as he suited up, we couldn't help but notice "I believe in a thing called love" by the Darkness being looped over and over again on his iPhone. It was cute! The property owner is close friends with Jason's parents and happened to be a floral designer as well. Check out the bouquet!
We're experimenting with textures on a few pics so comment us on whether you love it or hate it. =)

I don't like the texture on the last one. The sky is very beautiful and blue to add anything to it, especially "old film" look because the picture itself is way too bright to look old. It might work if you make it black and white or sepia, but I really don't like it on this version. I think the picture is such a nice shot it can stand alone.
